  • Hudson County Community College Foundation to Hold 17th Annual ‘Holiday Extravaganza’ on December 4
    11/24/2014 - November 21, 2014, Jersey City, NJ – The Hudson County Community College (HCCC) Foundation’s 17th Annual “Holiday Extravaganza” gala will take place on Thursday evening, December 4 at 6:00 p.m. at the College’s Culinary Conference Center, 161 Newkirk Street in Jersey City. Proceeds from the event – the largest and most festive of all of the Foundation’s fundraisers – will be dedicated to scholarships for deserving students, faculty development programs, and the College’s physical expansion.

    11/11/2014 - JERSEY CITY, N.J. / November 10, 2014 — Bakari G. Lee, Esq., Vice Chairman of the Hudson County Community College (HCCC) Board of Trustees, was elected Vice Chair of the Association of Community College Trustees’ Board of Directors at that organization’s Annual Leadership Congress last month in Chicago, Illinois.  This election also places Mr. Lee in line to become national chair in two years. Last year, Mr. Lee was elected to the Executive Committee in the office of Secretary-Treasurer.

    HCCC Announces Spring 2014 Full-Time Dean’s List
    8/21/2014 - JERSEY CITY, N.J. / August 19, 2014 — Hudson County Community College announced that 458 full-​time students have been placed on the Dean’s List for the Spring 2014 semester. Full-time degree students who have completed all Academic Foundations and ESL courses, have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, and no ‘F’ grades in the current semester are eligible for the Dean’s List.
