      Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification offered by "Project Management Institute (PMI)" is one of the most sought certifications in the fields of Project management. PMP credential is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. Increasingly, employers are screening candidates for the PMP credential before they are hired for project management jobs. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP demonstrates that you have the experience, education, and competency to lead and direct projects.
      This recognition is seen through increased marketability to employers and higher salary; according to the Project Management Institute, Project Management Salary Survey–Eighth Edition, certification positively impacts project manager salaries.


      Course Description

      This course promises the individual to gain a comprehensive understanding of various principles and process involved in managing a project of any size in any industry effectively. Aspirants of project management should gain in depth understanding of the principles and best practices in line with the most recent PMBoK.

      Course Prerequisite

      Students need to have at least 4,500 hours leading and directing projects prior to taking a PMP course.

      Total Hours:

      43 hours.

      The class provides students with online instructional support throughout the course to ensure comprehension of the subject matter.

      ●    17 hours in-class for the first weekend (1 hr for lunch)
      ●    17 hours in-class for the second weekend (1 hr for lunch)
      ●    3 hours online webinars throughout the first week for assistance in subject matter (two 1.5 hour sessions)
      ●    4.5 hours online webinars throughout the first week for assistance in subject matter (three 1.5 hour sessions)
      ●    1.5 hour individual conference call at the end of the final week for readiness and gap analysis
