    Fun with Gingerbread (Good for Families & Kids)

    In this hands-on class you will enjoy making gingerbread trees, snowflakes, gingerbread people, and the little gingerbread houses they live in (mini-sized). You will learn unique decorating techniques and ideas and how to decorate your designs using an icing recipe that you can easily make at home.

    Cuts of Meat (Weekend Workshops)

    Get acquainted with various cuts of meat and their best uses to heighten your food knowledge and cooking skills. In this hands-on workshop, you will break down and debone various meats, such as sirloin, prime rib, and chuck. Learn to cut, season and prepare meats like a pro. Learn how the texture and flavor of the cut are determined and discover different recipes that best suit each cut of meat. Our top chef will teach you professional cooking techniques associated with each meat and show you how to make delicious, complimentary dishes for the perfect meal.

    Ketogenic Healthy Eating (Weekend Workshop)

    Learn more about the theory behind this low-carb diet and the foods you can prepare and eat without sacrificing taste or nutrition. Learn how to season and cook delicious low carb meals you can make at home! This class is semi-hands-on. You will be partially assisting the chef and fully enjoying all the delicious low carb foods prepared in class!

    Soul Food

    While acquiring some basic culinary skills, students will cook, bake, and learn about the history of “Soul Food.” This includes its origins from the south, which is a staple in many, but not limited to, African American homes. In this hands-on workshop students will make Corn Bread from scratch, String Beans, and Baked Macaroni and Cheese (3 cheese style). Students will also learn how to season and make BBQ Chicken, including the perfect BBQ sauce from scratch. Impress your friends and family with delicious dishes you can take home. Then come back for Part 2 of, “Soul Food!”

    Valentine’s Day Date Night

    Work alongside your Valentine for a night of romance and delightful food. Join us for a hands-on culinary celebration and discover how fun it is to cook with your partner. Start the evening off with a glass of champagne then learn how to cook a delicious dinner. Pair your meal with wine, and finish off with a delectable dessert. Limited to 8 couples. (2 people must register together)

    Vegan Cooking

    Students will learn to make indulgent plant-based foods and snacks perfect for occasions with family and friends. The menu includes Large Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Spinach, topped with Roasted Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and a sprinkle of Cilantro (optional) or Parsley, and Olive Oil. Spinach, Berries, Pineapple and White Cheddar Cheese salad (tofu optional). Sweet Potato Toast with Vegan Toppings.

    Pasta & Vino (Friday Dinners)

    There is nothing more comforting than a big bowl of homemade pasta, and it’s easier to make than you might think. Learn a wonderful culinary tradition while exploring your creativity in this hands-on class. Find out how to create pasta from scratch, as well as the best ways to cook, store and prepare a sauce for it. Enjoy your creations in class with friends over a couple of glasses of vino!
