    Hospitality Training Program

    This management program teaches practical competencies needed to face real-world challenges in the industry, including interpersonal communication, ethics, accounting skills, and more. After completing the program, students will have an understanding of how to: manage guest experiences, team members and information flow, facilities and equipment, food safety and sanitation. Additionally, students will learn how to forecast profitability and comply with legal requirements, understand alcohol laws, and serve alcohol responsibly.
