    • Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Pre-College Summer Program at HCCC

What is the EOF Pre-College Summer Program?
The EOF Summer Program is an intensive pre-college preparatory academic program designed to give first-time full-time college students a head start on their college career. The goal of the summer program is to introduce initial students to the academic and social demands of college life, as well as prepare students for the transition into their Fall semester.

What are the details of the EOF Pre-College Summer Program?
The Summer Program is a FREE five week intensive program designed to provide students with the study habits and other skills needed to succeed in college. Students accepted to participate in the EOF Summer Program are enrolled in Academic Foundation courses determined by the HCCC pre-college placement assessment. Classes run Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. At the conclusion of the summer program, students take a post-program exam with the opportunity to advance their fall placement in these subjects.
