We hope you will become part of Hudson County Community College as an international student! If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 201-360-4136
Hudson County Community College is located minutes away from New York City via the PATH rail system. Our area is one of the most easily accessible in the U.S. as we are connected to the East Coast’s major transportation hubs and systems, including Newark Liberty International, Kennedy International and LaGuardia Airports, Amtrak and New Jersey Transit, and a host of seaports.
Hudson County is one of the most vibrant and ethnically diverse areas of the United States (more than 90 different nationalities!), and our student body reflects this rich ethnic mix, with substantial communities of individuals of African, Argentine, Asian, Arab, Colombian, Cuban, Dominican, Egyptian, Filipino, Indian, Irish, Italian, Jewish, Polish, and Puerto Rican descent (to name but a few!). Proudly, the College is host to international students representing more than 20 countries!
The College offers Associate degree programs for F-1 international students, and we provide English as a Second Language and Academic Foundations courses for students who may need to strengthen their skills before starting their degree program studies.
The HCCC Office of International Student Services provides advice and assistance to non-immigrant F-1 students. We will help you in your academic endeavors and in making you feel more at home. The Office of International Student Services will assist you with advice in matters concerning your visa and immigration issues. However, we do not provide assistance with processing Change of Status to F-1 Visas.
