  • DIVISION INFORMATION
    • The HCCC Nursing and Health Sciences (NHS) Division provides quality courses and programs for those aspiring to work as entry-level health professionals. There are several degree and certificate programs offered within the Division and also with partnering schools, colleges, and universities. The programs, which are highly competitive, require additional admission testing, as well as criminal background clearance, and drug testing. Several programs are available in both day and evening classes. Admission to the College does not necessarily guarantee entrance into many of the programs.

      • Beginning this Fall, students who will earn an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree from Hudson County Community College may apply for entry into a qualifying dual admission program at Saint Peter’s University. Under the terms of an agreement, any Hudson County Community College student enrolled in a qualifying program may apply for entry into the dual admission program at any time prior to the beginning of the semester in which the student will be graduating from HCCC. Students in this dual admission program will be held to the same academic standards as any Saint Peter’s University student upon enrollment, and must meet the admission requirements, which includes holding a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 or better. HCCC grads in the dual admission program will then be seamlessly admitted as juniors at Saint Peter’s University. Read more.
