    Dietary Management (HCCC-Rutgers-SHRP) Joint Certificate

    The Dietary Management Certificate Program is a 10-month, full-time program combining traditional classroom work with hands-on clinical experience. The program qualifies students for entry into a health career as certified dietary managers (CDM) acting as diet supervisors or managers in a variety of health care settings. The program also prepares students for continued education leading to qualification as a Registered Dietitian. HCCC internal articulation will provide opportunity for students to smoothly transfer the certificate into either AAS Health Sciences or AS Health Services.
