Professor Kelman is a Board-certified Nurse Executive with more than 40 years of experience in Nursing. She began her career as a Telemetry & ICU Nurse, and later worked as an Emergency Department Nurse. Professor Kelman was a Director of a Medical/Surgical and Emergency Departments and provided care at several New Jersey and New York medical centers. She also served as the Director of Education at a New York hospital. Professor Kelman is a member of the New Jersey Association of Nurse Anesthetists. She enjoys giving back to her profession and helping to mold the minds of future nurses through teaching.
