Jo Ann Answers a high volume of calls, answers emails, and assists students at the
Enrollment Services Window. She also processes change of addresses and provides students
with information about the college.
Jo Ann has been in the Enrollment Services department since 2005. She assists countless
students on a daily basis, with things like applications and change of address requests.
She also answers a high volume of calls on a daily basis. Jo Ann always advocates
for students and has their well-being in mind. Jo Ann made such an impact in student's
lives that one year, one of HCCC's valedictorians gave her a shout-out in his graduation
speech.
