College Catalog  

The Hudson County Community College Catalog is an information and reference guide on College policies, facilities, degree and certificate programs, course offerings, services, and personnel. Information in this catalog is subject to change as a result of new or revised curricula, laws, policies, or regulations. Since the statements contained in the catalog are for informational purposes only, it should not be considered the basis of a contract between the College and the student. Though the College Catalog is produced as a reference guide, each student is responsible for keeping apprised of current requirements for graduation for a particular degree or certificate program.

Student Handbook 

The Hudson County Community College Student Handbook provides you with valuable information about the people, programs, and services that support the academic, personal, and professional development of all HCCC students. The handbook also introduces you to or reminds you of, our College community standards.

Students are strongly encouraged to become familiar with the information in the syllabus they receive for each course. See the Syllabus Addendum for more information.

College Operating Hours 

Hours may vary by department and location.

The College holds classes seven days per week between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm.

Most College Offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and closed on the weekends.

During the Summer months (mid-May through mid-August), College Offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and closed on Fridays and the weekends.

The following areas have extended hours:

The Student Center (Building G) is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9:45 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

College Libraries are open to students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community members with a Hudson County public library card and a state ID or driver’s license.

Computer Labs are available seven days per week.

Academic Support Services are available on both campuses.

HCCC Book Stores have all of your school supplies and HCCC gear.

Our Chatbot, Libby can answer your questions any time, even when the College is closed.
