HCCC Graduates: Next Steps

As you are finishing up your final exams and projects, remember that you must pass all classes required within your degree program to graduate. If you do not pass a class, please consult with your Academic Counselor and Registrar to make next steps. Important Note: Your participation in any of the graduation ceremonies does not automatically mean you have graduated from HCCC. You must complete your degree requirements to graduate and receive your diploma.

Look out for an email from the Registrar’s Office when your diploma is ready. The Registrar’s Office manually reviews each graduate's degree requirements as final grades are being entered. Once your final courses are complete and final grades are reviewed and approved, graduates will receive an email from Registrar to let you know that your diploma is ready to be picked up from the Journal Square Campus.
