Professor Mclaughlin has worked at the College since 2007. He was an adjunct professor, Academic Adviser, Temporary Full Time (TFT) instructor, Tenured Faculty member, and Program Coordinator. Professor Mclaughlin has served as a member, chair, and faculty adviser for many HCCC committees and organizations. His pedagogical approach is experience-driven. Professor Mclaughlin is an advocate for, and implementor of active learning techniques.
