John graduated from Hudson Catholic High School in Jersey City before entering the
New Jersey State Police. During his thirty years of service rose to the rank of Lieutenant.
as both a Trooper and Detective receiving numerous commendations including Trooper
of the Year. John obtained his Bachelors degree in public administration from Fairleigh
Dickinson University and is a graduate of Northwestern University's School of Police
Staff and Command.
John is a Title IX civil rights investigator and oversees and directs all aspects
of safety and security at HCCC.
