In this hands-on culinary experience, guests will be guided through the preparation of traditional Spanish favorites, beginning with a saffron-infused paella layered with rich, slow-developed flavors and perfectly cooked rice. You’ll also create a selection of vibrant tapas, including crispy patatas bravas with a smoky, spiced tomato sauce, gambas al ajillo—tender shrimp sautéed in garlic, olive oil, and chili, and pan con tomate featuring rustic toasted bread rubbed with fresh tomato and finished with high-quality olive oil and sea salt. Each dish highlights the bold, rustic elegance of the Spanish palate while introducing techniques you can recreate at home.
After cooking, sit back and enjoy your meal paired with refreshing house-made Spanish sangria, layered with citrus and seasonal fruit, completing the perfect date night filled with warmth, flavor, and a touch of European charm.
