Professor Bach is the founding advisor of HCCC’s chapter of Sigma Kappa Delta, the National English Honor Society for Two-Year Colleges, and serves as faculty advisor to Crossroads, the College’s literary magazine. Her work was published in Meridian and The CEA Critic.
Professor Bach’s research interests include composition pedagogy and the intersection of metacognition and writing. She was a 2014-2015 recipient of the Metropolitan Colleges Institute for Teaching Improvement Fellowship, where she designed and implemented a pedagogical project based on her teaching philosophy.
