As the Business Developer at HCCC, Dan is primarily responsible for employer engagements
across multiple CEWD programs. Some examples include: 1. Employer Advisory Boards
for the Gateway to Innovation Initiative, Supply Chain Management/Logistics and Construction.
2. Establishing new employer relationships for LIT and CBI. 3. Facilitating Employer
events and panels. 4. Planning and deploying marketing campaigns and employer outreach.
Dan has over 22 years of Business Development experience mostly in the staffing industry
but has also worked in technology and the public sector. Dan has managed an average
of 15 million in annual sales (mostly from personal accounts) over 17 years while
in the private sector. He is also a Veteran with 12 year of service.
