Associate Director of Hudson Helps
Ariana is a first-generation college college graduate who obtained her Bachelor of
Arts in Political Science & Criminal Justice from Saint Peter’s University, and her
Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. She has worked in various legal and
government agencies prior to starting her career in social work. Ariana began working
at HCCC in 2021 managing the career closet while completing her MSW internships in
the Hudson Helps and Mental Health Counseling and Wellness departments. She is licensed
in the state of New Jersey as a social worker, and is eager to serve those in her
community.
Ariana works in Hudson Helps Resource Center which provides wraparound, holistic support
services to students to help them succeed in the classroom and beyond. Ariana oversees
day-to-day operations at Hudson Helps, two food pantries (one at JSQ and one at NHC),
and the career closet. She also serves as a task-supervisor to master-level social
work interns from Rutgers and Montclair State University.
