Biography

Brianna is the Associate Director of Career and Transfer Pathways, where she supports the Associate Dean in overseeing operations for career and transfer support services for students. She is responsible for organizing large-scale campus events such as Campus Tours and the Career & Transfer Fairs, while also playing a key role in staff training and development. Brianna’s work ensures seamless operations and enhanced opportunities for student success and engagement.

Brianna is a first-generation Latinx college graduate who earned her bachelor's degree in Family Science and Human Development with a concentration in Family Services from Montclair State University (MSU). After working in the social services field, she pursued her master's degree in Counseling with a concentration in Student Affairs/Counseling in Higher Education from MSU. With extensive experience in academic advisement and programming, Brianna is dedicated to providing students of diverse backgrounds with equitable services and genuine support throughout their higher education journeys. As a first-generation higher education professional, she is passionate about empowering students to succeed and thrive.
