Basic Needs Social Worker
Kadira graduated from Fordham University with a Master of Social Work degree and obtained
her licensure in social work. Her prior experience includes providing students, faculty,
and staff with access to food and other basic necessities at the North Hudson Campus
food pantry. She interned at both Hudson Helps and the Mental Health Counseling and
Wellness department, where she provided students with counseling services as well
as wraparound social services.
Kadira is the Basic Needs Social Worker for Hudson Helps Resource Center. Kadira provides
basic needs assistance & wraparound holistic services to HCCC’s students. She also
serves as a task supervisor to master level social work interns from Rutgers University
and NJCU.
