Professor Rossilli’s teaching focuses on preparing students for the workforce and/or transfer to four-year colleges and universities. In addition to her duties as a professor, she serves as advisor for the HCCC Human Services Club.
Prior to her career as an educator, she specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy with children, adolescents, and families in varying levels of care. Presently, she is working toward her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Rowan University, where her area of interest is the racial diversity of faculty in higher education and its impact on student success.
