A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Dr. Lamb has been teaching at HCCC since 2013. He is a mentor and educator who assists students in achieving their academic and career goals, and has worked closely with the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) program at HCCC to ensure student success. He has also served as an Advisor with Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) International Honor Society.
Prior to coming to HCCC, Dr. Lamb was a professor at Kean University, and at Bergen Community College. He also served as Law Clerk/Intern Assistant for the Bronx Supreme Court from 1990 to 1993.
Dr. Lamb is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the Chi Alpha Epsilon Honor Society. In 2009, Dr. Lamb published Fifty Ways to Achieve Excellence in Education. He has conducted workshops on leadership development and domestic violence prevention.
