Biography
Ismael is a Customer Service Clerk for the Mailroom and Copy Center Department. He helps all across the HCCC campus; sorting and distributing mail and packages to all departments. He also prints flyers, posters, booklets, brochures, and fulfills other job requests for essential events throughout the year.
Ismael joined HCCC in 2021 as a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant and was promoted to Full-Time Customer Service Clerk six months later. Prior to coming to HCCC, he was an Administrative Assistant for six years at New Jersey City University for their Graduate Admissions Department. While at NJCU, Ismael was selected to join the National Society of Leadership and Success, published a creative piece in the Spanish-language magazine "Voces Latinas," and was a sports writer for the school newspaper "The Gothic Times" as well as a Sports Contributor for the "Gothic Knights Radio" Podcast.
