Thomas Stokes

Striving for the continuous commitment to public service and policy, social justice, and diversity, equity and inclusion in employment and education, Anna has built a varied and rewarding professional career. She has over twenty years of professional experience in human resources, compliance, legal and financial services, nonprofit management, and higher education. Anna's upbringing was in the Ukraine and she has traveled extensively, so she considers herself a citizen of the world. Her academic pursuits include a BBA in Marketing and an MPA in Nonprofit Management from Pace University, a JD from New York Law School, and an LLM from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. Most proudly, she is a mom of two.

Anna currently serves as the Vice President for Human Resources at Hudson County Community College, a position that engages, collaborates and continuously works with our community partners in Jersey City and the greater Hudson County area.
