Associate Dean, Career and Transfer Pathways
As the Associate Dean of Career and Transfer Pathways, Jennifer provides strategic
leadership and oversight for all aspects of career and transfer services Including
supporting Career and Technical Education (CTE) initiatives through the Perkins grant.
In her role she collaborates with faculty, employers, and transfer institutions to
enhance student pathways, develop articulation agreements, and create career opportunities.
The Associate Dean fosters student success through personalized advising, employer
engagement, and innovative programming.
Jennifer credits much of her academic and leadership development to the support and
resources provided by the Educational Opportunity Fund Program. As a first-generation
student, she understands the transformative influence of community and mentorship
on personal growth and achievement. Jennifer's passion lies in empowering students
from diverse backgrounds to unlock their full potential. Through her mentorship, she
not only equips them with essential academic tools but also imparts life skills essential
for success in both academic and professional realms.
