Biography
Joycelyn serves as the Academic Counselor for the Early College Program at Hudson County Community College. In her role, she works alongside the Associate Director to assist students who currently live in or attend high school across the county. Joycelyn works closely with our Early College students to ensure they reach their academic and personal goals.
Joycelyn joined HCCC in August 2013 as a student. In 2015 she became a Peer Leader and has continued to grow her career here at HCCC within Student Affairs. She's worked in several offices such as Student Life, Advisement, and Admissions prior to her current position as an Academic Counselor. Joycelyn is a first-generation college student and is passionate about DEI work. Ultimately, Joycelyn is always there for her students
