Biography
As an Associate Director of Enrollment, Wajia oversees the front-end operations at Enrollment Services, where she works with her team to ensure smooth operations, such as guiding applicants through the admissions process and encouraging interested students to move forward in the enrollment process. Additionally, she guides current and prospective students and liaises with other departments to provide a smooth transition. She also implements short-term and long-term strategic planning initiatives for the admissions department.
Wajia has over 10 years of experience in higher education, including management, advising, teaching, and recruitment. She is also experienced in working with diverse student bodies and administrations and is passionate about providing students with inclusive and holistic support services.
