Biography

Vice President Veronica Zeichner leads the Offices of the College’s Bursar, Controller, Contracts and Purchasing, Information Technology Services, Public Safety and Security, and Engineering and Operations. She also manages Operational and Capital Budgets. Additionally, she facilitates the monthly Finance and Capital Project Advisory Committees.

Vice President Veronica Zeichner joined the College in 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and in 2018 was promoted to Vice President for Business and Finance/CFO. Before joining HCCC, she was a Financial Consultant for the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She has held the position of CFO for over 25 years while serving the Higher Education and Healthcare Industries. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a member of Community Colleges Business Officers, and the National Association of Colleges and University Business Officers.
