Hudson County Community College Foundation to Hold Its Sixth Annual ‘Taste of Fall’ Fundraiser on October 27

October 21, 2016, Jersey City, NJ – The West Hudson Committee of the Hudson County Community College Foundation will host its sixth annual “Taste of Hudson” fundraiser at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2016. The event will be held in the College’s Culinary Conference Canter at 161 Newkirk Street in Jersey City – just two blocks from the Journal Square PATH Transportation Center.

Proceeds from the event will benefit deserving Hudson County Community College (HCCC) students from the western municipalities of Hudson County – Harrison, Kearny, and East Newark – as well as North Arlington.

HCCC Vice President for Development Joseph Sansone said the event will include a buffet dinner, entertainment, tricky tray auction, and prizes.

“The West Hudson Scholarship Committee does an outstanding job of developing and producing this event each year. They have made this one of our most enjoyable and successful fundraisers,” Mr. Sansone stated.

The Hudson County Community College Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 corporation providing tax-exempt status to contributors. Founded in 1997, the HCCC Foundation is dedicated to generating financial support for the College and its students by developing needs-based and merit scholarships. The HCCC Foundation also provides seed money for innovative faculty programs and contributes to the College’s physical expansion.
