support, career and transfer services, and program coordination. As a Career and Transfer
Coach at Hudson County Community College, she plays a vital role in facilitating career
and transfer opportunities for students by developing programs, organizing events,
and managing communication strategies. She collaborates closely with faculty, staff,
and four-year university partners to streamline the transfer process and enhance student
success. Her previous experience as a Career and Academic Advisor and Program Coordinator
for Transfer Pathways further underscores her commitment to guiding students in their
academic and professional journeys. She has also worked as a Graduate Assistant and
Health Science Tutor at New Jersey City University, providing academic support and
promoting student engagement in health science education.

roles in marketing, public health, and finance. She has served as a Grant Officer
at NW Financial Group, LLC, overseeing compliance and budget management, and as a
