Rimsha is a dedicated higher education professional with extensive experience in student support, career and transfer services, and program coordination. As a Career and Transfer Coach at Hudson County Community College, she plays a vital role in facilitating career and transfer opportunities for students by developing programs, organizing events, and managing communication strategies. She collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and four-year university partners to streamline the transfer process and enhance student success. Her previous experience as a Career and Academic Advisor and Program Coordinator for Transfer Pathways further underscores her commitment to guiding students in their academic and professional journeys. She has also worked as a Graduate Assistant and Health Science Tutor at New Jersey City University, providing academic support and promoting student engagement in health science education.
