Biography

Artur teaches Pathway 1, Pathway 2, and Skills for Success, and previously instructed Reading and Academic Discussion 2.

Artur is an accomplished educator of English as a Second Language, with over 30 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has been a strong advocate for excellence in curriculum delivery, fair treatment of students, and the continuous development of programs and instructors. His dedication, professionalism, and charisma make him a highly valued instructor among students at Hudson County Community College. With a Master's degree earned with honors, Artur's academic background spans four areas of study: curriculum and instruction in ESL studies, film, and literary theory. His commitment to teaching English as a Second Language has earned him recognition, including nominations for Faculty of the Year (CPLC) and three-time recognition as Faculty of the Month (CAMPUS Education). In 2019, Artur's expertise was further acknowledged when he was accepted by the prestigious Commission of English Accreditation (CEA) as a CEA Reviewer. He served as a curriculum developer and academic coordinator at OPMI School in Manhattan.
