The Information Technology Services Office is located at 70 Sip Avenue in Jersey City and on the 3rd Floor of the North Hudson Campus. The Associate Vice President for Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) leads the office and reports to the Vice President for Finance and Administration. ITS is responsible for academic computer labs, audio-visual services, authentication, computer technical support, Immersive Telepresence Video (ITV), information security, network support and operations, and telecommunications. The office is also responsible for enterprise application software and systems. The office includes the Computer Labs, Help Desk, and Enterprise Application Services teams.
The Information Technology Services Office (ITS) aims to provide technology services and support for Faculty, Administration, Staff, and Students. With this in mind, the Departmental Mission Statement has been developed.

Hudson County Community College (HCCC) continues to make considerable investments and advancements in deploying and using its technological resources. HCCC has implemented several significant initiatives and steps towards achieving its goal of supporting the College's mission. In addition to striving toward the most effective use of technology, ITS provides excellent customer service to the College.

Information Technology Services requires advanced notice to support an event, 1-14 days, depending on the type of event. More advanced notice is always preferred. Help may be unavailable if we have too many simultaneous events. We make every effort to support all campus events, given advance notice.
