January 18, 2017

January 18, 2017, Jersey City, NJ – The Hudson County Community College Foundation Subscription Dining Series will celebrate its seventh anniversary when it resumes on Friday, February 24th. Proceeds from the series provide deserving students with the financial assistance that allows them to pursue their academic and career goals.

The program features the acclaimed, professional cuisine and service of the College’s Culinary Arts Institute (CAI), which has been recognized as the number-six culinary program in the U.S.A.  Diners enjoy world-class, three-course luncheons at a cost of just $35 per person on each of the eight designated Fridays. The dates set for this season’s offerings are: February 24th; March 3rd, 10th, 17th and 31st; and April 7th, 21st and 28th. Reservations are a must, and may be made for two to six guests.

The HCCC Foundation Subscription Dining luncheons feature seasonal fare and are planned and prepared by the Executive Chef and professional chef/instructors of the HCCC CAI. Included are an appetizer, entrée and dessert, plus non-alcoholic beverages. (Wine and beer are available by the bottle or glass for an additional cost and must be paid by cash or credit card at the time of service).

Service is provided by the professionally trained HCCC CAI students from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Culinary Arts Institute at 161 Newkirk Street in Jersey City – just two blocks from the Journal Square PATH Station.
