Anna Krupitskiy Named Vice President for Human Resources at Hudson County Community College

March 7, 2019, Jersey City, NJ – Hudson County Community College (HCCC) President Dr. Chris Reber announced that Anna Krupitskiy has been named Vice President for Human Resources, a new leadership position at the College. Ms. Krupitskiy began working in her new role on March 1, 2019.

“Anna is uniquely qualified for this position,” Dr. Reber said. “More than 14 years of professional experience in higher education administration, human resources, and legal compliance provides her with a broad perspective that is critical in directing human resources best practice in the 21st century.”

Born in Ukraine, Ms. Krupitskiy emigrated to the United States when she was a child. She earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Public Administration degrees from Pace University. She also holds a Master of Law degree from University of Essex in the United Kingdom, and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.

Ms. Krupitskiy served as Director of Faculty Appointments at City University of New York, Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) since 2015. In that position she oversaw appointments, tenure, promotion, and academic leave for more than 550 full-time faculty members and was responsible for ensuring compliance with university guidelines, collaborative governance policies and collective bargaining agreements.

Prior to joining BMCC, Ms. Krupitskiy worked in education and corporate sectors. At Pace University, she served as a Human Resources Faculty Specialist, Employee Relations Manager, and Graduate Assistant in Human Resources, Labor and Employee Relations. Earlier in her career, she was a Legal and Compliance Staff Attorney and Business Analyst for private companies.
