Hudson County Community College Invites the Community to Create a Variety of Chocolate Treats

March 12, 2018, Jersey City, NJ - Hudson County Community College (HCCC) has a special opportunity for those who wish to expand their cooking expertise and explore the unique ingredients, techniques, and authentic skills of creating chocolate treats.

The College will hold a Chocolate Delights class on Saturday, March 17 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The class will be held in the kitchens of the award-winning HCCC Culinary Arts Institute, located at 161 Newkirk Street in Jersey City – just two blocks from the Journal Square PATH Transportation Center. Space is limited, and cost is $35 per person.

Channel your inner Willy Wonka and learn how to create your own sweet treats from start to finish with your child. Mix and stir your way into a basic introduction of milk, white, and dark chocolate, learning how to dip and garnish your confectionary creations, and other chocolate treats! You can also take home any creations you imagine!
