July 6, 2021, Jersey City, NJ – Hudson County Community College’s (HCCC) Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development invites area residents to bring their mats and participate in the new “Power Yoga: Strength and Stretch” classes. Sessions will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 6 – 29, 2021, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the College’s Culinary Plaza Park, directly across the street from the Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) at 161 Newkirk Street in Jersey City, and just two blocks from the Journal Square PATH Transportation Center.

Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat. The College follows all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) measures to keep students and faculty safe while taking classes. Unvaccinated individuals are required to wear masks. The cost for the eight-session series is $99. Rain dates will be scheduled as needed. Space is limited to just 10 students.
