November 27, 2019, Jersey City, NJ – Hudson County Community College (HCCC) reminds residents that winter is the perfect time to start or complete their college education and begin a path to a new career.
The College is hosting a Winter Enrollment Event on Monday, December 16, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the new Secaucus Center, where attendees have the option to apply, test, or register. The Secaucus Center is located on the Frank J. Gargiulo Campus of the Hudson County Schools of Technology, One High Tech Way.
Testing will begin at 6 p.m. An HCCC Student Success Coach will be available to assist prospective students with degree planning, applying for financial aid and scholarships, and career/transfer planning. Photo ID is required. Campus tours will be available upon request.
The HCCC Secaucus Center offerings include the required courses for all of the College’s majors. Two degree programs – Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts (General) and Associate in Science in Business Administration – are offered in their entirety at the Secaucus Center. Classes are offered in weekday evening sessions.
Registration is now open for the Winter Intersession (January 3-17) and Spring 2020 semester. Winter Intersession allows students to earn up to four credits in two weeks, in a selection of seventeen classes available online or on-site. Classes for the Spring 2020 semester begin on January 24, 2020 on the College’s Journal Square and North Hudson Campuses, the Secaucus Center, and online.
