As Hudson County Community College’s brand manager, the Office of Communications is
responsible for setting and maintaining standards for all of the College’s communications
as well as its promotional and marketing efforts in all media. The department has
been charged with developing and preserving an image and tone that are consistent
with the College’s vision and values.
Here to Help!
HCCC Communications is dedicated to helping the College’s faculty, staff and students
in preparing and distributing various types of information in all media. This includes
announcements (press releases, public service announcements), all printed materials
(brochures, catalogs, programs, flyers, signage, et al.), videos, and commercials
and ads for print media, Internet, TV and radio.
- To facilitate the production of any project, please utilize the Communications/Advertising/Promotional Planning Worksheet and
submit it to Communications as early as possible.
- All HCCC departments and divisions are urged to be considerate of the College’s image and vision when contemplating the
production of department-driven marketing efforts and collateral materials. It is
especially important to follow the College’s established Guidelines for Using the
HCCC Name, Logo and Seal.
- Students, tell us your stories! The Office of Communications would love to learn more about you, your achievements
and your experiences at and with Hudson County Community College. Please consider
sharing your story either by emailing or by phoning (201) 360-4060.
