Registrar
The Registrar oversees many important school functions, such as maintenance of class enrollments, student academic records, registration, and certification of degree candidates. We would be happy to assist you with any of the following services:
- Chosen Name Request Form
- Confidentiality of Student Record Enforcement (FERPA)
- Graduation Requirements
- HCCC Transcript Requests (for students transferring from HCCC to another institution)
- International Student Services
- Transfer Credit Evaluations (for students transferring to HCCC from other institutions)
Registration Information
Registration for Winter and Spring classes begins in November and registration for Summer and Fall classes begins in April. Students are encouraged to register for classes as early as possible. More information about semester start dates, add, drop, withdrawal deadlines, and payment deadlines is available in the Enrollment Guide.
