Get Help

To get tech support from a real person (via phone or chat) while working in any area of Canvas, click the Get Help button on the Canvas Global Menu located on the far-left side.  The Canvas Support Hotline is available 24/7.  Note that the Get Help menu also provides an easy way to email a question to your instructor!

If necessary, Canvas technical support will forward your issue to your instructor or the IT Help Desk.  If you have Hudson-specific technology questions, such as not being able to log in, you can Contact the IT Help Desk directly.
