Finding the 25th Hour: The Power and Secrets of Time Management is a unique course
that goes beyond the traditional concepts of time management and provides practical
skills and techniques for professional and self-management that can be applied immediately.
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand and describe the components of the Prioritizing Points Model.
- Identify their high and low leverage vs. reactive and not reactive activities > Determine
what types of organizational tools will work best for their individual time and self-management
needs.
- Learn and practice self-empowering behaviors such as effective communications skills,
listening, assertiveness and scheduling techniques to maintain control over the schedule.
- Understand how to manage email, telephone and electronic interruptions effectively.
- Determine which areas need development and create actions for individual self-empowerment.
