Technical Diploma in Communication Skills and Digital Strategy IMPACTO METHOD®

The Technical Diploma in Communication Skills and Digital Strategy is built upon the innovative IMPACTO METHOD®, designed to empower artists, entrepreneurs, and media professionals by equipping them with the necessary tools for personal branding, audience engagement, strategic adaptability, and digital growth. Each class is structured to follow the seven pillars of the IMPACTO methodology, ensuring participants develop holistically as professionals capable of excelling in the digital and creative sectors.

This 3-week program is an intensive exploration of practical applications rooted in theoretical knowledge, giving participants a clear roadmap for immediate implementation in their careers. By the end, they will be able to create impactful personal brands, engage with their audiences meaningfully, and navigate the complexities of the digital landscape with confidence and strategic foresight.

Introduction: Overview of the IMPACTO Methodology®

Objective: Introduce the core concepts and benefits of the IMPACTO Methodology® and outline how each pillar builds toward sustained professional success.

Class 1: Defining Identity and Personal Branding: This session focuses on the core of the IMPACTO Methodology: Identity. Participants will learn to craft a distinct and memorable personal brand that reflects their unique strengths and values.

  • Objective: Define your personal brand and create a unique footprint in your niche.
  • Exercise: List keywords that represent your personal brand and align with your vision.
  • Example: Case study of an artist who used personal branding to stand out in a saturated market.
  • Outcome: Participants will walk away with a well-defined personal brand and mission statement.

Class 2: Developing Magnetism through Communication: This class dives into Magnetism, exploring how assertive communication, body language, and emotional connection can captivate audiences. Participants will practice techniques to present themselves effectively and enhance their public image.

  • Objective: Attract and engage your audience using assertive communication and body language.
  • Exercise: Record a self-presentation and analyze your body language to identify areas for improvement.
  • Example: Case study of an entrepreneur who transformed their communication skills and increased clientele.
  • Outcome: A stronger understanding of personal magnetism and its role in audience engagement.

Class 3: Strategic Planning for Long-Term Success: Effective Planning is the backbone of any successful venture. In this class, participants will learn how to create and execute strategic business plans tailored to their personal brand and goals.

  • Exercise: Create a simplified business plan, defining mission, vision, goals, and target audience.

Class 4: Adaptability in a Changing Market: Adaptability is essential in the dynamic world of arts and media. This session focuses on adjusting strategies to meet market demands, analyzing trends, and evolving personal brands to stay relevant.

  • Exercise: Conduct a SWOT analysis on your current business or personal brand.

Class 5: Building Connections and Digital Networking: This class emphasizes the importance of Connections—both offline and online. Participants will learn networking techniques, business etiquette, and how to leverage digital platforms for relationship-building.
