Stephanie Sergeant, Human Resources Coordinator
Stephanie also joined us in September of 2019. She is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the human resources office. This position is a front line, customer service-oriented position, with little to no direction and advanced administrative support. Stephanie operates independently in prioritizing own workload in determining how best to accomplish work objectives and participates in special projects, as required. Stephanie consistently assists in other areas of the department, including administration of position vacancy notices and postings, internally and externally.
Amaalah Ogburn, Director of Faculty and Staff Development
Amaalah works in Human Resources as the Director of Faculty and Staff Development. She helps employees tap into their potential by supporting them in goal setting, exploring professional opportunities, and amplifying their voices. Amaalah joined HCCC in January of 2015 as a student. Shortly after, she became Peer Leader and has continued to grow her career here with roles in Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and now in the Office of Human Resources as the Director of Faculty and Staff Development. Amaalah brings with her an invaluable wealth of knowledge and wisdom that has played an integral part in the development and execution of our DEI programs and initiatives. She is not only an advocate for equity and inclusion; she is often the voice of the voiceless.
Anna Krupitskiy, Vice President for Human Resources
Anna joined HCCC in March of 2019 and is responsible for the design, development, implementation and administration of personnel policies, practices and programs and transactions of the College, including external regulatory compliance; faculty and staff recruitment; employment classification; performance management; wage and salary administration; benefits management; labor relations negotiations and contract maintenance. She serves as a resource and advisor to management in personnel, employee and labor relations matters.
