My experience has been nothing but positive; from the registration process both in person and online as well as my classes which pivoted very easily to online learning as a result of the pandemic. I have found the classes I have taken to be very interesting, well planned as far as syllabi, and containing the information I need to continue my course of study.

I came to Hudson County Community College to earn necessary psychology credits to begin a Grad School program in Art Therapy.

My past goals include my AAS from Fashion Institute of Technology and a 30+ year career in the fashion industry. More recently finished my BA and earned a NJ K-12 visual art teaching certification,  ultimately my goal is to begin a master’s program at the School of Visual Arts in September of 2021, I deferred my Fall 2020 acceptance at the onset of the pandemic,  to earn an MPS in Art Therapy, upon which I would like to work with young children in a school or hospital setting.
