We’re excited to announce the rollout of a new AI-powered email security solution designed to enhance our school’s resilience against cyber threats significantly. This advanced system leverages artificial intelligence to detect better, quarantine, and manage malicious or suspicious emails, keeping your inbox safer and your data more secure.

🔐 What’s Changing for You?
Here’s a quick overview of how your email experience will be impacted:

• Phishing and Malware Protection
  • Phishing and Malware: These emails will be quarantined silently. You won’t be alerted, but our ITS admins can restore them if needed.
  • Suspected Phishing and Malware: You’ll receive an alert and can restore the email if you believe it’s safe.
• Attachment Handling
  • Password-Protected Attachments: You’ll be prompted to enter the password to access these files, adding an extra layer of security.
• Graymail & Spam Management
  • Graymail (e.g., promotions): These will be tagged with [Promotional] in the subject line for easy identification.
  • Spam: These emails will be delivered to your Junk folder as usual.
• Clean Emails: No changes—these will continue to arrive in your inbox without interruption.
