N407 is designed to conduct events, workshops, classes, and Webex meetings. This room is equipped with the following technology:

A wall-mounted Cisco Touch 10 tablet controller that allows:

• Making a call.
• Sharing your computer screen content.
• Joining WebEx Meetings.
• WebEx meeting room calendar.
• Joining Zoom meetings (you need to have a license).
• Classroom option where you can choose to have your class as a local presenter, remote presenter, or discussion.
• 1 Wacom tablet to manage your events and WebEx meetings.
• 4 TVs.
• Two speaker track cameras focus on the participants and track the presenter at the front and back of the room.
• Ceiling speakers.
• Ceiling microphones.
• WebEx Board.
• Document camera.
