Scott Ring Room is an ITV room designed to conduct events, workshops, classes and WebEx meetings. This room is equipped with the following technology:

• A wall-mounted Cisco Touch 10 tablet controller that allows:
  • Making a call.
  • Sharing your computer screen content.
  • Joining WebEx Meetings.
  • WebEx meeting room calendar.
  • Joining Zoom meetings (you need to have a license).
  • Classroom option where you can choose to have your class as a local presenter, remote presenter, or discussion.
• A portable iPad that controls microphones, cameras, and the layout of the displays.
• 1 Wacom tablet to manage your events and WebEx meetings.
• 4 TVs.
• 2 speaker track cameras that focus on the participants and track the presenter at the front and back of the room.
• 6 handheld microphones, 2 lavalier microphones, and one podium microphone.
