E304 is an ITV hospitality management lab designed to conduct on-ground meetings as well as remote meetings through Webex, or the call option to connect to another ITV Room. This room is equipped with the following technology:

• A wall-mounted Cisco Touch 10 which allows:
  • Making a call.
  • Sharing your computer screen content.
  • Joining WebEx Meetings.
  • WebEx meeting room calendar.
  • Joining Zoom meetings (you need to have a license).
  • Classroom option where you can choose to have your presenter as a local presenter, remote presenter, or discussion.
• Two TVs - are located at the front and one on the side.
• Laptop to manage Webex Meetings.
• Built-in ceiling microphone to enhance your voice.
• 1 Speaker Track Camera that follows the voice of the presenter.
• 1 Rear Front Camera focuses on the participants.
• Ceiling speakers.
