ITV E412

E412 is an ITV classroom designed to conduct on-ground classes, remote classes taught through Webex Meetings, or the call option to connect to another ITV Room. This room is equipped with the following technology:

• A wall-mounted Cisco Touch 10 tablet and a portable iPad that allow:
  • Making a call.
  • Sharing your computer screen content.
  • Joining WebEx Meetings.
  • WebEx meeting room calendar.
  • Joining Zoom meetings (you need to have a license).
  • Classroom option where you can choose to have your class as a local presenter, remote presenter, or discussion.
• One TV is located at the back and one at the front of the kitchen.
• Laptop to manage your classes and Webex Meetings.
• A Lavalier microphone to enhance your voice.
• 1 Speaker Track Camera that follows the voice of the presenter and participants in the class.
• Ceiling speakers.
• Ceiling mics.
• Two PTZ ceiling cameras that can be controlled by the portable iPad and the Touch 10.
